We are so happy with our new phones. We had iPhone 6s and what a difference. The speed, the pictures, the battery life. I charged it 4 days ago and I still have 45 percent. I use my phone all day long. WOW. Sorry, but I feel the price is a little high but the phone is amazing. Differently happy with purchase

I love my new iPhone 12, even though I haven’t quite got the hang of using it yet. It has a much larger screen than I’m used to, and the sound quality seems like a giant step forward for my listening pleasure. I look forward to keeping my phone for a while, and I’ll continue to play with it until I learn how everything works on it!

This is a good phone, but it is expensive. The exclusion of the physical home button is a disadvantage. Accessing the app manager is difficult, and there is no fingerprint sensor. It comes with a cable, but no AC adapter. The cable changed to USB-C, so an older charging brick will not work. An old cable can still be used in conjunction with a USB to AC adapter. It sometimes gets hot after use.

Showed up at 630 pm to sign up for a new phone plan. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me.

Was finally acknowledged that I was there and was told it would be a little bit as someone else was activating their phones.

The floor manager finally arrived and the personnel asked him if he would do a Verizon activation and he simply said no. Told me to schedule for another day. Wish I would have been told that I couldn’t be helped immediately so I didn’t waste my time.

While I only spend a couple of thousand at the store annually, I will make certain I never spend another dime at any of their locations. The floor manager was completely unprofessional and didn’t spend the time to find out how long I was there.

I will make certain that no one I know goes to start a phone plan there, or purchases anything from them.

My husband and I both purchased the new Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max on the same day even though I hadn't planned on it. I was enjoying my older iPhone but we got such a great deal that I decided to go for it. This phone is great and runs really fast. My husband really wanted it for the picture taking abilities and while I'm not as phone savvy as he is, I'm enjoying the picture quality myself. Very happy with our purchases!

Crystal clear voice, photos are amazing (super noticeable difference with nighttime photos; makes it look like day time in a pitch black room). 5G is very fast, and the size of this phone is almost identical to the 8+ (with the screen covering the entire front, of course). Also, while scrolling through social media, watching videos, performing searches, and other normal daily activities, the battery lasts forever. I am able to utilize my phone heavily for an entire day, and have over 40% after 8-10 hours of use. Dropped down to 5%? That’s okay, you can charge to 30-40% in like 15 minutes (using the correct charger). Overall super happy with this purchase, and also with Best Buy. My tech was able to answer every question we had with ease, ranging from questions about the phone to questions about my cell provider, and very fast with everything. I walked in with my previous phone, then walked out with my new phone and all important data transferred in slightly over a half hour. Very impressed.

Hands down buy this phone!!!!

I have been in apple eco system for long time so my opinion may be little biased.

The design of the phone is amazing. I do photography as hobby and use the amazing camera of promax. I was bit confused before whether to get iphone 12 pro or promax but the larger screen definitely is helpful.

The low light performance is very good.

With the new proRAW added to the ios 14 it expands the horizon further.

The sound quality is fare.

One thing i dislike is the bulging camera which is prone to scratches and damage if you do not chose your cover correctly.

Finally switched from Android, and I'm definitely impressed. The app drawer and widgets are more polished than they were on Android. The OS/hardware integration is amazing, apps work with no lag and it handles multimedia easily. The camera works great without having to mess with the settings as you can see in the photo I posted. The OIS on videos works well too. No issues with battery life and I live in an area that has Verizon 5G, although due to Covid spikes, I'm mainly at home on wifi. But if you're looking to jump to iPhone from Android, I say the 12 pro is the way to go.
